Link the international networking site?

Comments Off

I have a main site and the two satellite sites that both attracts traffic and provide links. All pages are in Swedish. Now I intend to translate the pages into two other languages.

The main site is at present the. See. As I see it, I have two options for the main site: either put all the content on. Com and adding up the main site of three different top level domains. If I post the sites on three different top level domains, I would like to link them together for user convenience.

I would also add up the two satellite faces of the two new languages. This is two keyword domains (Swedish word) and have acquired the corresponding domains of the two countries with the country’s TLD.

So this leads me to three questions how SEO-wise to deal with the internationalization of sites:

  • One or three different top level domains for the main site?
  • Should I link up my satellites?
  • Should I spread out the pages on different web hosting / adwords / analytics accounts?

Thanks in advance!

This is always a bit problematic choice. Indeed, there are various advantages of the different variants. If you split up in several different domains and top level domains you will get the benefits of being able to be completely local, law, etc. TLD. The big advantage of having a domain with all of is that you inherit trust and PageRank to the various languages well and can often get far without much local links.

I often prefer to divide the local domains if there is a possibility but it is a matter of taste. If you do, so there’s every chance in the world to use a local host and I would in this case do.

In the case if you have to link them together or not, I would say that it is primarily due to two factors. How relevant are they and how many? If you have three sites that fit well, you can clearly linking the two. Do you have 100 who are not particularly related, there is reason to think again.

For Internet advertising can be addictive to, once you have understood it if they are used, not only as a consumer, but as someone who earns money with her. They are mostly only the big corporations, but more and more private inventors fall into the addiction, every morning in their Adsense revenue , to behold the click rate to review or continue on the Ranking page to work its own.

Internet advertising worth it?
At the same time Web 2.0 maker also always on the search for meaning and purpose of Internet advertising , when we once again not going so well. And it is often not really good.

What the marketing people do then is that Internet advertising is not different than normal advertising in the reality: They question themselves and their profession, explore new opportunities, better ways to earn more in less time and money will find it in most cases even , for a few weeks, months, years.

Then the cycle starts all over again, and some wonder if marketing on the Internet not only has great marketing gimmick.

Banner advertising, link exchange and Adsense
Bookable text ads (AdSense), banner advertising (sponsorship) or the much-powered link exchange and only three of the many ways to make money on the internet .

We see them any more, then l overgrazing pop-ups are gone and annoyed. The result is that Internet advertising is aggressive, pop-ups have more not just click away so they stay stubbornly on the page or scroll and one wonders how annoying because advertising on the network can actually be.

And then there are bright spots , really expensive, flash animated advertising that captivates. Since this can be Cartier small leopard running through the image and make things sweet. We want more of it, because that is effective advertising on the Internet , and if the customer aka users are lucky, the future of e-marketing .

I know you’ll tell me that WordPress plugins sharing on social networking sites or bookmarks are longstanding. This is not a sufficient reason not to mention new kids, especially when they are well designed, like this.

Sharedaddy is a free extension for WordPress blogs that allows you to insert items at the foot of his options for sharing and dissemination in the form of small buttons that everyone knows: the “Like” to Facebook, Tweet, etc. …

What’s great about Sharedaddy is that all buttons are included and aligned, and you can visually choose where you’d like to offer your visitors a simple drag and drop. The display options are numerous: with or without an icon, with or without text, with or without counter clicks, with the possibility of including all buttons into one. Share by mail option has not been forgotten, and a function to provide a printed version of an article.

Finally, Sharedaddy also offers a track clicks that allows you to have a small statistical table of the most clicked buttons and therefore the distribution of your prose on social networks. For the record, Sharedaddy is a plugin developed by WordPress Himself, not by a third party developer.

facebook-500-millions

Some numbers will be incredible, while for others it will be a mere five with a few more zeros. A regular number, just as the announcement of one of the few winners of the lottery. But there is Facebook that will win the “jackpot”. The network’s most popular Web will surpass the 500 million recorded in the following week. Five months instead of 400 million users were announced.

The social network, launched by the young billionaire Mark Zuckerberg, will celebrate its 500 million followers. Have I not spoken too soon? This number unbeatable, perhaps, deserve to be qualified. It must indeed be noted that much of its users – an unknown to this day – has more of a Facebook account. Surprising. What then is the share of Facebook users nicknames ? If the network was seriously into account the number of these accounts have said it was biased? It is biased. You understand that statistics are not photographs of actual data. Do not be surprised, is all about estimation.

Probably here you have the demographics of the United States created the world’s population. Among the 200 million blogs from Item 7 would also be interesting to see how many will actually read it. A significant proportion will consist of spam here and register corpses.

Nevertheless, the figures are impressive and show again, revolutionize how recent trends in Web marketing and business world. The last point is likely to be a very strong signal in the direction of Google to commit himself even more to the social media front, will not soon the technology will be dinosaurs.
